I've tested 100s of cold email campaigns, here's what you need to know to get them working.
You’ve been there….
You setup your cold email infrastructure and warmed up your inboxes.
You identifed your best fit clients to build your ideal customer profile.
You created a suite of low risk, high value offers.
You launched your campaign.
You waited…. and waited…. and waited….
And nothing. No positive replies coming through.
This gets you thinking “Damn, this campaign really flopped. Back to the drawing board.”
If you’ve ever felt this way, you aren’t alone.
Literally every single high level outbound go to marketer has built a ‘bad’ campaign.
At first glance, this might feel like a horrible position. Especially if you’re reliant on cold email to generate qualified pipeline.
The thing that most beginners forget is they still have plenty of data to improve their campaign, even if there’s minimal positive feedback.
That’s why it’s so important to understand your cold email funnel and how each step is converting.
By focusing on each stage in the funnel, you can determine your constraint to improve your result.

Quick bite-sized pointer: I've sent 2mm emails in the last year & have realized there is one key variable setting apart winning campaigns from losing campaigns. The answer: offer.
