Lead Magnet Checklist Inside
Hey there, it’s Isaac from Leads to Earnings.
Welcome to the newsletter. (est. 4 minute read)
Today I will be going over:
5 Step Checklist to Build A Lead Magnet
How to focus to get 10x more done
I will also share a few cold email links and tips.
Hopefully you enjoy it.
Actionable Cold Email Tip
Use this checklist to build a lead magnet you can use to get 10x more warm leads across your cold outreach, email list, organic content and paid ads.
1) Define the Audience’s Core Problem. (This should be related to you service delivery.)
2) Create End To End Solution for narrow problem. (This means giving away the sauce - every single step to actually get a result.)
3) Deliver via Gamma doc, YouTube, or template. (Embed your video inside your Gamma doc. The more delivery modes, the more likely the audience will actually consume it. This means ideally having both video and written content.)
4) Confirm it's actionable. (Give your audience a step by step plan to maximize your lead magnet’s utility.)
5) Distribute on socials, email list, cold email. (Now you’ve done the hard work, repurpose your lead magnet and share across all socials, your email list, cold email and via paid media.)
A good example of this is a YouTube video I made showing you how you can build a cold email campaign using automated data workflows inside Clay(.)com.
There’s been a lot of hype around Clay lately, especially since they just raised $500M. So I’ve been spending time every day learning the platform to improve my cold email campaign results. The prelim outcomes have been positive, so I decided to share with you.

Quote of the week: “Coming up with an idea is the least important part of creating something great. It has to be the right idea and have good taste, but the execution and delivery are what's key. Any conversation I have about innovation starts with the ultimate goal.” ― Larry Page
Quick bite-sized pointer: 1 hour of deep focus is better than 3 hours of distracted work. I’ve been setting a timer for 60 minutes, 5 times per day to work through my highest leverage activities. At the end of each hour I complete a simple form to track my inputs. This has helped 10x my inputs, make meaningful gains in my business and has given me freedom over my working days. Before I would look back at a day and wonder, “what did I even get done today?” Now, I can see with extreme clarity exactly what was accomplished and use that data to make better decisions. It takes discipline to execute this simple strategy, but it truly has been life changing. Try it for yourself and I’m sure you’ll find positive benefits from focusing for even 1 full hour per day.
