Hey there, it’s Isaac from Leads to Earnings. Welcome to the newsletter.
(est. 3 minute read)
Today I will be going over:
How to find a winning cold email offer
What to do about setbacks and rejections
I will also share a few cold email links and tips.
Hopefully you enjoy it.
Actionable Cold Email Tip
A B2B consulting client came to me because they were struggling to get any results with cold email.
They had been running outbound campaigns for a few weeks and couldn’t get anyone to reply with positive intent.
After working with me, they're booking new leads weekly (1 booking per every 500-800 leads).
What changed?
We focused on the fixing the offer until it worked.
They had a clear picture of their ideal customer profile, so we knew who we were targeting.
The issue was, nobody was getting back to them.
So we kept testing new offers (prospect outcomes) until something stuck.
Now that messaging is validated, we're not done.
We'll continue to test new offers until we beat the current conversion rate.
This is how you improve a campaign's performance.
First, identify all the pain points your prospect is facing. Example: Increasing acquisition costs, unqualified leads, not enough leads.
Then think how does my service help solve pain point A, B, C? Example: better ad creative converts at a higher rate and reduces CAC.
Using your own service delivery, create an offer solving for the most common and acute pain points. Example. We can help you lower CAC by 10% by creating you 30 new ad creative per month.
Create a suite of 5 offers relating to different pain points and sections of your service delivery. If your service has 5 main parts, create an offer around each part to test. Example: setting up ad platform, building customer personas, writing ad copy, making ad creative, getting the ads to work.
Launch your campaign and use interested reply data to determine what offers convert best. Swap out low performers and use insights from top performers to determine your control group.
Your control is your top performing offer. Test this against new offers to measure conversions. Keep working this until you’re achieving a lead to meeting ratio of 1:300 or less.

Quick bite-sized pointer: Reframe setbacks and rejection as part of the process. Expect rejection and reduce emotional peaks and troughs. This will help you sustain longer because the hard times will come… and go. Take them head on and keep pushing.
