Easiest way to 4x your sales

by doing this one thing...

Hey there, it’s Isaac from Leads to Earnings. Welcome to the newsletter.

(est. 2.5 minute read)

Today I will be going over:

  • 391x your leads by doing this

  • B2B pipeline scaling framework

  • I will also share a few cold email links and tips.

Hopefully you enjoy it.

Actionable Cold Email Tip

Most B2B businesses kill their meeting conversion rates by replying to leads too slowly.

If you want more meetings, reply faster.

Assume a lead replies with interest to your outreach. Most people will sit on their response for 1 hour or more. I even recently saw a stat from Chili Piper saying the average lead reply time is 17 hours.

If you’re waiting this long, you’re missing out on a huge amount of warm leads and potential revenue to your business.

Harvard Business Review published a study that demonstrated an average 391% increase in sales by replying within 1 minute. Literally do nothing else but reply to your lead faster and 4x your leads. Sounds like a no-brainer.

Here’s how we’re doing it right now.

  1. For every interested lead reply, setup an automatic notification between Slack and your sending tool, Smartlead. This will guarantee you never miss a reply.

  2. Then scrape the leads phone number with Clay. You can setup an automated workflow to do this or manually enrich inside Clay. Two data sources I’ve found success with are Findymail and Datagma. You’ll ideally get their mobile number.

  3. Call the lead immediately. Build a basic warm lead calling script and focus on qualifying the lead. This improves lead quality and because your lead is aware, there’s a good chance they’ll remember you from your email.

  4. If no response, then reply to the lead within 5 minutes, making sure to send along more info and a push to a call. This helps capture the lead while they’re still highly problem aware.

  5. Continue to follow up until they respond, yes or no.

If you don’t have the time to do this yourself, consider hiring a caller. With an extra 4x more sales, you’ve just created hiring budget.

That’s it for today. Hope you found value in it.

Godspeed to lead,

Isaac
