Actionable Cold Email Tip
I recently helped a client add $19k in revenue in just 30 days with a cold outbound system.
Before they were doing cold email, but couldn’t find the time to consistently prospect, so they brought me onboard to help.
I dug into their process and found a couple key bottlenecks holding them back from scaling their outbound.
This client has a good offer, great case studies and delivers on their promises. This is the minimum requirement to convert with cold outbound.
Their trouble was wasting time with tire kickers and bad fits.
So I told them about our lead scoring process, which has helped 10x conversions in challenging markets like B2B SaaS or healthcare.
Lead scoring is simply assigning a score to a lead based on their fit. Once you’ve scored your list, prioritize your resources on the highest and best fit prospects.
Scoring your list gives you massive leverage because it prevents you from having to do manual research on every lead.
This means less time fiddling around in Sales Nav, doing account by account research and more time following up with warm leads, cold calling and social selling.
When you focus on only best fit leads, no only do you spend less time researching, but your conversions improve because you focus more resources on clients you know you can deliver outstanding results for.
