Cold Email Tip of the Week

I recently uncovered a dead simple way to validate 40% of your lead list without wasting money or time on validation tools.

We all know you need to validate your list before sending a cold email campaign.

If you don’t validate, you will end up bouncing emails.

Bounced emails are very bad for deliverability, so do everything you can to avoid them.

This widely available but highly underrated feature is in on any Google enabled device.

It’s called Google People Chips.

You can use People Chips to find other users with Google workspace or gmail accounts.

Here are the simple steps:

1. Open a google sheet

2. Select a range of cells with email addresses

3. At the top, click Insert and → then Smart chips and → then Convert to people chip

4. Any contact that comes back highlighted as a people chip can be confirmed to be a real email address used inside the Google platform

Now you’ve saved yourself a verification step, increased your valid leads and are ready to fire away.

2) Bulk import scraped company domains into a list in Apollo

3) In your Apollo list, filter for key decision maker (Founder, Owner, CEO, Managing Partner)

4) Export your filtered list and validate all available emails using validation tool, MillionVerifier

5) Take your blank, risky and invalid emails and re-enrich in a waterfall enrichment tool like Bettercontacts.rocks and re-validate your results in MillionVerifier.
